Administrator file read via unvalidated XML path
Published Mar 14, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Path traversal in Code Cabin WP Go Maps 9.0.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. The getXMLCacheDirPath method accepts the wpgmza_xml_location option as an XML directory path without restricting traversal outside the configured directory. Administrator access is required, and the read-only impact is limited to files accessible to the WordPress server process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
