Unauthenticated service interruption via RCPbind resource exhaustion

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Ormazabal ekor.ccp and ekor.rci firmware 601j allows remote attackers to interrupt service via UDP port 111. The RCPbind service allocates resources without published limits or throttling while processing untrusted UDP traffic. No authentication or user interaction is required, but INCIBE does not disclose the allocated resource or whether interruption causes a hang, crash, or reboot.
