Daemon crash via truncated percent escape

Heap-based buffer over-read in drachtio-server before 0.8.19 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon with a crafted UDP message. The bundled libsofia-sip url_canonize2 parser reads one byte beyond the heap buffer when a SIP Contact header ends with an incomplete percent escape. No authentication or user interaction is required; a UDP datagram sent to the exposed SIP listener interrupts call-processing service by terminating the daemon.
