Unauthenticated daemon crash via crafted UDP

Denial of service in drachtio-server before 0.8.20 allows remote attackers to crash the daemon via a crafted UDP message. The libsofia-sip-ua/tport/tport.c transport code reaches a self assertion when processing the malformed datagram, terminating the service. The attack requires network reachability to the UDP listener and produces service interruption without reported data disclosure or modification.
