Cross-site scripting in SolarWinds Platform 2023.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML through appended URL parameters. URL processing places appended parameter content into generated HTML without adequate neutralization, but SolarWinds has not identified the affected handler. Exploitation requires a valid Platform account and victim interaction, exposing another user's browser context to attacker-controlled content.
