Telephone service interruption via missing permission check

Missing authorization in the telephony service on Unisoc Android 10 chipsets allows local users to interrupt telephone service. The service fails to check the caller's permission, allowing an unauthorized local request to reach a NULL pointer dereference. No additional execution privileges or user interaction are required, and the resulting denial of service is limited to telephone service.
