CSRF in Joe Dolson's WordPress ticketing plugin 1.9.10 and earlier allows remote attackers to send bulk email or import settings. The mt_reports_page and mt_import_settings functions process forged administrative requests without valid nonce checks. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a malicious link or page, allowing unwanted bulk messages or settings changes.
