CVE-2022-47339

Local privilege escalation via unauthorized command injection

Published Feb 6, 2023 · Updated Mar 26, 2025

OS command injection in UNISOC cmd services on Android 10, Android 11, and Android 12 allows local users to gain system execution privileges. The cmd services omit a permission check before processing input that alters an operating-system command. Exploitation requires local access, high privileges, and user interaction, and it affects listed UNISOC chipsets rather than every Android device.
