CVE-2022-47336

Local service interruption via unchecked buffer copy

Published Apr 11, 2023 · Updated Feb 10, 2025

Buffer overflow in the telecom service on listed UNISOC chipsets running Android 10, 11, 12, and 13 allows local users to interrupt service. UNISOC identifies unchecked buffer copying and a missing permission check but publishes no affected function, input path, or triggering data. A low-privileged local process can reach the flaw without user interaction; the CNA description bounds the reported consequence to telecom-service interruption.
