WLAN service interruption via concurrent out-of-bounds write

A race condition in Unisoc WLAN drivers for Android 10 and Android 11 allows local users to interrupt WLAN services. Concurrent WLAN-driver execution can write beyond an intended buffer, but the vendor does not identify the shared resource or code path. Local access and successful race timing are required; the reported consequence is interruption of WLAN services.
