Browser script execution via unescaped appointment notes

Cross-site scripting in OpenMRS Appointment Scheduling Module 1.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. AppointmentRequest.setNotes assigns the notes argument without HTML escaping, allowing later rendering to interpret embedded markup. The attacker needs module access, and another user must view the crafted notes; the demonstrated effect is attacker-controlled markup in that user's session.
