Proxy crash via invalid cached-object Range header

Improper Range-header validation in Apache Traffic Server 9.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the proxy via a cached object. When an invalid descending byte range targets a cached response, build_response_from_cache incorrectly repeats DNS handling after a successful lookup, leaving the state machine without a valid continuation. Range caching must be enabled and the requested object must already be cached; exploitation interrupts the proxy process without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
