Option changes via forged privileged-user requests
Published Jul 18, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in StaxWP Visibility Logic for Elementor 2.3.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter plugin options. The 2.3.5 changelog says extra security checks were added when plugin options are saved, but neither StaxWP nor Patchstack identifies the affected handler or exact check. Exploitation requires a privileged user with an active WordPress session to perform an attacker-controlled action, and the published impact is limited to unwanted option changes.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
