Unauthenticated database disclosure via unprepared SQL query
Published Apr 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
SQL injection in JoomSky JS Help Desk 2.7.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract sensitive WordPress database data. An undisclosed plugin query insufficiently escapes an unknown user-supplied parameter and executes it without sufficient prepared-statement handling. No authentication or user interaction is required; crafted input can append SQL to an existing query and disclose database contents.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
