Service crash via SYSPS stack overflow
Published Dec 30, 2022 · Updated Apr 10, 2025
Stack overflow in Tenda A15 V15.13.07.13 allows attackers to interrupt service through a crafted SYSPS parameter sent to the router web interface. The /goform/SysToolChangePwd handler processes SYSPS input in a way that overruns stack storage when oversized data is supplied. An attacker able to reach the endpoint can trigger the fault; published material does not establish authentication requirements or impact beyond availability.
