Crash via unchecked HEVC dimension array index

Buffer overflow in GPAC MP4Box 2.1-DEV-rev574-g9d5bb184b allows local users to crash MP4Box via a crafted HEVC file. In hevc_parse_vps_extension, an HEVC-derived scalability count controls a loop that writes dimension_id_len[i] without enforcing the array's 16-element limit. Opening the file is required; the published proof of concept reaches index 16, producing an out-of-bounds write and sanitizer-detected crash, while code execution is not demonstrated.
