Process crash via unchecked VVC tile rows

Buffer overflow in GPAC MP4Box 2.1-DEV-rev574-g9d5bb184b allows attackers to crash the process through a crafted VVC MP4 file. In gf_vvc_read_pps_bs_internal, the parser increments num_tile_rows beyond the 33-entry tile_rows_height_ctb array and writes out of bounds while decoding row heights. Execution requires a user or local workflow to make MP4Box import the malicious file; the demonstrated consequence is a sanitizer-detected crash, while code execution is unverified.
