Stored script execution via unsanitized ticket subjects
Published Jan 25, 2023 · Updated Apr 1, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Small CRM 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The Create Ticket page stores the Subject parameter and later renders it as active HTML without neutralizing script-capable input. Ticket-creation access is required, and exploitation occurs when another user views the crafted ticket, enabling actions or data access within that user's session.
