Incorrect access control in NVS365 V01 allows remote attackers to disclose configured account passwords over the network. The HTTP userpasswd -act list command returns plaintext usernames, passwords, and group identifiers without enforcing successful authentication. Network reachability to the device is sufficient; the documented response exposes credentials but does not establish modification or service interruption.
