Stored XSS in DNN Platform 7.0.0 through 9.10.2 allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser via an SVG upload. The Digital Assets Manager stores crafted SVG content without neutralizing embedded script, which executes when another user views the file. Uploading requires authenticated file-management access, and execution requires user interaction; the script runs within the viewer's browser context.
