Arbitrary file write in Mingsoft MCMS 5.2.10 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write files through a template endpoint. The writeFileContent action accepts a client-supplied absolute path in fileName and writes attacker-controlled template content after checking only the suffix. Access to the template-editing endpoint is required, and the service account's filesystem permissions bound which files can be modified.
