Use of an uninitialized resource in GNS3 Dynamips 0.2.21 allows remote attackers to interrupt the emulator service via crafted network traffic. The CVE names gen_eth_recv, while its sole upstream reference shows pcap_next returning an uninitialized packet pointer that rom2c compares.
