Process crash via STABS parser memory leak

Memory leak in parse_stab_struct_fields in GNU Binutils 2.34 through 2.38 allows local users to crash a process via crafted STABS data. The function leaks memory while parsing STABS structure-field records from an input binary; public sources do not identify the unreleased allocation or branch. Repeated processing of attacker-supplied files is required to exhaust memory and crash the invoking Binutils process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
