Unauthenticated account takeover via empty persistent-login hash

Authentication bypass in Mura CMS before 10.0.580 allows remote attackers to log in as any site member or system user via crafted cookies. The rememberMe function accepts an empty userHash because its conditional treats a missing hash as valid, then calls loginByUserID for the userid cookie. No credentials are required, but exploitation needs a valid user UUID, which the unauthenticated JSON API can disclose; the resulting session inherits that account's access.
