Unauthenticated account takeover via empty hash acceptance

Authentication bypass in Masa CMS 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4-beta allows remote attackers to log in as any site member or system user. The rememberMe function in core/mura/login/loginManager.cfc accepts a zero-length decrypted userHash because an OR condition treats an empty hash as valid. A crafted request requires a valid user ID, obtainable through the unauthenticated JSON API, and then grants that account's application access.
