Stored script execution via unescaped sent messages

Stored XSS in Revenue Collection System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via sent messages. The help-page message handler stores attacker-supplied message content and later renders it as active HTML or script without sufficient output neutralization. A low-privilege account can plant the payload, but a different user must open the affected help view; execution is limited to that user's web context.
