Access control failure in Revenue Collection System 1.0 allows remote attackers to view the /admin/DBbackup/ directory without authentication. The administrative backup directory handles unauthenticated HTTP requests without enforcing access control before exposing its contents. No account is required; exposure is limited to backup-directory contents according to the published flaw description.
