Cross-site scripting in WebSoft HCM 2021.2.3.327 allows remote authenticated users to inject HTML and JavaScript into pages rendered by a browser. The application insufficiently processes user-controlled input before inserting it into a page, permitting arbitrary HTML tags and script content. Exploitation requires an authenticated account and browser interaction with the affected page, producing self-XSS that can read or alter data available to that browser session but does not directly provide server-side execution.
