Unauthenticated database operations via unprotected WebSocket interface

Access control failure in Vocera Report Server and Voice Server 5.8.0.135 and earlier allows remote attackers to invoke database operations. The Report Console WebSocket interface accepts task and database-management requests without authentication or authorization checks. Network access to the Report Console is required; reachable operations can execute privileged tasks and overwrite the application database.
