Open redirect in ServiceNow AI Platform response-list updates allows remote authenticated users to redirect users to arbitrary domains. The update path permits a ServiceNow-domain URL to resolve to an untrusted off-domain destination, but the responsible parameter or code is undisclosed. Exploitation requires a user to click the trusted-domain URL; navigation then leaves the ServiceNow domain.
