Authenticated cross-account modification via body-supplied identifiers

Improper privilege management in Memos before 0.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify other users' records. PATCH handlers verify ownership using the URL identifier, then JSON-decode a body-supplied ID over the checked value before updating memos, resources, shortcuts, or users. Any signed-in user can redirect an authorized update to another record, exposing or altering data without interrupting service.
