SSRF in JetBrains TeamCity 2022.10 allows remote authenticated users to scan internal ports through a custom STS endpoint. JetBrains identifies the locus as a custom STS endpoint but has not published the request parameter or validation error that permits server-side connections to internal ports. Exploitation requires network access and high TeamCity privileges; the bounded consequence is discovery of reachable internal services, not data modification or service interruption.
