CVE-2022-46825

Local information disclosure via built-in web server

Published Dec 8, 2022 · Updated Apr 23, 2025

Information disclosure in JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2022.3 allows local users to read information about open projects via the built-in web server. JetBrains identifies the built-in web server as the leaking component but does not publish the exact endpoint or unsafe operation that causes disclosure. Local access to a running IDE is required, and the documented consequence is confidentiality loss limited to project information; integrity and availability impacts are not reported.
