Crawler state changes via missing capability check

Cross-site request forgery in LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress 5.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to toggle crawler state. The REST initialization path exposes the crawler toggle without a capability check, so a forged request can change the crawler bypass list. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open attacker-controlled content, and the resulting change is limited to enabling or disabling crawlers.
