Database-admin code execution via stored-function SQL injection

SQL injection in TrueConf Server 5.2.0.10225 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a database stored function. Public disclosures do not identify the stored function or explain how it places attacker-controlled input into an SQL command. Reachability requires low-privileged database access; successful injection runs arbitrary SQL as the database administrator and leads to code execution.
