CVE-2022-46709

Kernel code execution via Wi-Fi memory corruption

Published Apr 10, 2023 · Updated Feb 11, 2025

Memory corruption in the Wi-Fi component of Apple macOS before 13 allows local users to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges. Apple attributes the flaw to improper state management but has not disclosed the affected routine, corrupted object, or triggering input.
