Remote code execution via SNMP-stored script
Published Dec 16, 2022 · Updated Apr 17, 2025
Stored XSS in Rockwell Automation MicroLogix 1400 A 7.000 and earlier and B/C 21.007 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code. The embedded web server stores an unauthenticated SNMP-supplied payload without neutralizing script content and renders it on the home page. Execution occurs when a user loads the poisoned page; the script runs in that browser context and can affect controller-facing interactions.
