Arbitrary file overwrite via unrestricted MSO command

Arbitrary file write in GE Vernova Proficy Historian 7.0 through 2022 allows remote attackers to overwrite files through the MSO protocol. The FileAppendNextChunk command accepts an attacker-chosen path and content without authorization and executes the write with SYSTEM privileges. Network access to MSO services is sufficient for the write; code execution requires replacing a loaded DLL and combining this flaw with file deletion.
