Arbitrary command execution via Markdown iframe preload

Cross-site scripting in Inkdrop 5.4.1 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through a crafted Markdown file. The Markdown preview accepts an iframe with a JavaScript URL and attacker-selected preload script, exposing Node.js child_process execution. Code runs only after the crafted note is opened and its absolute preload path resolves on the victim's Windows host, allowing commands in the user's context.
