TLS session decryption via truncated SessionID validation

Improper initialization in MatrixSSL 4.5.1-open and earlier allows remote attackers to decrypt TLS session data through session resumption. The matrixResumeSession function accepts a one-byte SessionID as a quick index, treats the missing bytes as zeros, and selects a session-table entry whose MasterSecret remains all zeros. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of TLS-protected data without integrity or availability impact.
