SQL injection in CodeAstro Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access database records. The his_admin_view_single_patient.php endpoint accepts attacker-controlled pat_number as SQL input, but published material omits the query construction and failed safeguard. Administrator access and navigation to the patient tab are required; the report identifies information disclosure, privilege escalation, and code execution as consequences.
