Arbitrary file read via URL path traversal

Path traversal in Nbnbk commit 879858451d53261d10f77d4709aee2d01c72c301 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files. The /api/Index/getFileBinary endpoint accepts the form-encoded url parameter and reads ../ paths without confining resolution to an intended directory. No authentication is required, and returned file contents are base64-encoded, exposing readable application files such as database configuration.
