Firmware-update validation in TP-Link TL-WR941ND V2/V3 3.13.9 and earlier and V4 3.12.8 and earlier allows attackers to execute arbitrary code. Public records identify acceptance of a crafted firmware image but do not disclose which validation step accepts the malicious input. Exploitation requires user interaction to submit the image through the network-reachable update workflow; success executes code or crashes the router.
