Veritas NetBackup Flex Scale 3.0 and earlier and Access Appliance 8.0.100 and earlier allow remote attackers to run commands without authentication. Management-portal requests reach an undisclosed flaw that executes attacker-supplied commands; Veritas has not published the affected endpoint or input-handling operation. No credentials or user interaction are required, and successful exploitation executes commands on the affected appliance.
