Local training-data disclosure via permissive temporary files

Insecure temporary-file creation in Ted Dunning pig-vector allows local users to read LogisticRegression training data from shared storage. When inMemory is false, the LogisticRegression constructor uses File.createTempFile, which creates a world-readable file under the documented Unix configuration. Exploitation requires a co-resident local account on an affected Unix-like host; the documented consequence is disclosure of temporary training data without alteration or service interruption.
