Persistent API access via unchecked deleted-account tokens

Authentication bypass in RackN Digital Rebar allows remote authenticated users to retain API access after account deletion. Bearer JWT validation trusts embedded user and session details without confirming that the associated account still exists. Exploitation requires a token issued before account deletion and lasts until it expires, preserving the deleted user's existing API permissions.
