Code execution via crafted image parsing
Published Jan 3, 2023 · Updated Apr 10, 2025
Out-of-bounds reading in Fuji Electric V-SFT 6.1.7.0 and earlier and TELLUS 4.0.12.0 and earlier allows local users to execute code. The image-file processing path reads beyond an allocated buffer when it handles a specially crafted image, but the affected routine and image format are undisclosed. Exploitation requires a user to open the file; the invalid read allows information disclosure or code execution in that user's context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
