Arbitrary command execution via unescaped Pager Address

Command injection in Checkmk SMS notifications allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands in the site's security context. The SMS script passes the Pager Address through os.system without proper escaping, so shell metacharacters in a crafted address become commands. Exploitation requires User Management permission or an external source such as LDAP synchronization that can set the Pager Address, and commands run with the site's local permissions.
