Arbitrary script execution via crafted URL

Cross-site scripting in Electronic Bidding Core System v6 R4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary script via a crafted URL. JACIC and JVN identify a specially crafted URL as the delivery vector but do not disclose the affected endpoint, parameter, or missing output-encoding operation. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated remote attacker to induce a user to open the URL, after which script executes in that user's browser context.
