Remote code execution via dirty Pages workspace

Path traversal in GitHub Enterprise Server 3.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through GitHub Pages content unpacking. Pages unpacked new content without first ensuring that its working directory was clean, allowing crafted path content to overwrite arbitrary files. The network-reachable path requires no user interaction, and a successful arbitrary file overwrite enables code execution on the appliance.
